1.Eligibility

You may request a refund or return within 3 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Conditions

Glasses must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

3. Process

4. Exceptions & Exclusions

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery. 

5. Uncollected Orders

If an order is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be:

• Cancelled automatically
• Non-refundable, as per our store policy

We reserve the right to restock or resell the uncollected items.

6. No Exceptions

To maintain fairness and efficiency, we are unable to offer refunds or store credit for orders that were not collected within the pickup window.
